After 30 years in Palm Springs, Ginny Hahn and the team at Private Villa Management have seen big changes in the way people travel. When we started in the mid-1980s, the phrase “vacation rentals” didn’t even exist yet. Now “Airbnb” is becoming the new term for private-home accommodations.
Whatever you call what we do, our promise at PVM has outlasted the decades: We provide well-managed homes for our homeowners and a seamless, memorable vacation for guests. We also extend the same care and respect to our neighbors and community.
While we may take reservations digitally now, rather than by mail or fax (can you imagine?!), we still love to stay in touch by telephone and to introduce ourselves to guests in person before we leave them to their private getaway.
